Dear God, please help me to see the good in each bad situation so that I can use it for your glory. I know there are people in my past who have hurt me and don’t even realize the pain they have caused me. 
I refuse to allow the enemy to use my past to make me bitter!
Whatever Satan intends for evil, I know that You will use for good in 
Jesus' Name. Amen!! 
Jesus understands our hurt because He experienced it for Himself.
Let Jesus, the Healer, the Comforter, the Great Physician, bind up your broken heart and allow it to heal in Jesus' Name

Embrace them with Your loving arms.
Comfort them and make them well again in Jesus' Name.
