True humility and fear of the LORD lead to riches, honour, and long life.
~Proverbs 22:4

God is good. He who brings riches and prosperity into our lives.
However, believing in Him today will not bring you money tomorrow.
Instead walking with Him and seeking His ways will change your attitude.
You begin to see events that happen to you in a different light. Bad things can be seen as blessings and learning experiences. In effect, you become abundantly prosperous because what you previously saw as trivial, meaningless, or burdensome have now turned to rich experiences. How rich is your life? Has your view of events changed over time in your walk with the Lord?

Dear God, I release all of my cares and anxieties on You. I believe that my breakthrough is coming. I choose to press in and not give up until I see my miracle in Jesus’ name. Amen.

My dear friends, before you quit and give up in discouragement, consider the long and difficult process by which a butterfly emerges from its cocoon. If you try to rush God's purpose and process in your life, you'll produce something deformed, something that can't get off the ground and fly. Perhaps you're thinking, 'I can't wait for this to be over.' That's understandable. Job couldn't either. He said, 'All the days of my hard service I will wait, 'til my change comes.' But by God's grace he survived, and ended up with twice as much as he lost. So hold on, your change is coming! God won't give up on you, so don't give up on Him! There's a work going on in you right now. Something is dying that has to die, so that something better can be brought to life. Let it happen. Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego told a king, 'We will not bow down to your gods' (Daniel 3:18). Don't bow to temptation, or to manipulation, or to ungodly persuasion. Don't try to keep up with the Joneses, or surrender to selfish ambition and self-promotion. Don't bow to the spirit of anxiousness and impatience. Continue to walk by faith and not by sight, knowing that '...[God] is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we are able to ask or think...' (Ephesians 3:20 KJV). They say, 'Good things come to those who wait.' The determining factor is Who you are waiting for. God says there's a purpose for all these things (Ecclesiastes 3:1). Wait, God will make the pieces fit together. He won't disappoint you....I will wait, till my change comes
.~

My dear friends, we have a reason to celebrate every day of the year because we serve a God who is alive and filled with resurrection power!
Not only did He resurrect Jesus from the dead, but He wants to extend His resurrection power into every single area of our lives today!
Dear God, thank You for Your resurrection power at work in my life. Today, I give to You my broken dreams, disappointments, failures and setbacks, trusting that Your resurrection power is at work in me. I trust that You have a good plan for my future, and You are leading me into total victory in Jesus’ name.

THE POWER OF FORGIVENESS is a wonderful thing.. no relationship can survive without it!  FORGIVE as the Lord FORGAVE you, and over all these virtues, put on LOVE. ~Colossians 3:12.

We all have people that we need to forgive. It is impossible not to, simply because everyday we find reasons to hold grudges. We have reasons to be be angry at our family, friends, co-workers, and even that guy who honked at you all the way to work.

If we are not careful, these feelings of anger can grow, and take over our hearts. Soon we aren't only angry, but we want them to pay for their actions. We want revenge. Whatever the issue, FORGIVENESS sets us free. It takes a weapon out of satan's hands and opens the door for God to go to work in all situations. George Herbert said, "He who cannot forgive others, breaks the bridge over which he must pass himself."

I think one of the best examples of this is People's Court. If you have ever watched it, I'm sure you have seen someone who is only there to ruin the other person's reputation. They bring out allegations that are completely irrelevant to the case, trying to make the person look bad, and trying to ruin them for what they have done. Instead of justice, they focus only on revenge...what they feel the other person deserves.

One woman summed it up quite nicely, after a nasty law-suit with her "ex-friend," by saying, "No. She doesn't deserve my friendship... she doesn't deserve my love." So many times life-long friends allow themselves to be separated; not over the £500 lawsuit, but by their feelings of anger and hatred.  Some of these very same people also claim to be proud Christians, and yet they have forgotten that we don't deserve God's love. Just like their friend turned his or her back on them, we have turned our backs on God... many, many, many times. We have allowed our sins to separate us from God, and only by His mercy and His grace were we brought back to Him.

Just as God has forgiven us, He tells us we need to forgive others. He tells us that we have no right to hate others, because He does not hate us (and we have committed far worse crimes against Him, than they have against us). He says that no matter what their debt to us is, our debt to Him is greater, and yet He has forgiven us.

~Matthew 18:21-35

As Christians we can not let our anger get the better of us, nor can we allow it to grow to hate. We cannot be like the unmerciful servant who refused to forgive his debtors, even though his debt was forgiven. We cannot hate our brother, and claim to love God, because God is Love ~1 John 4:16. He tells us that if we love Him, we will obey His commands, and He commands us to love each other.~ Leviticus 19:18.

Have you ever been wronged by someone? I mean really hurt to the core?

Let Go, learn to forgive...

Do you know sometimes, I catch myself looking at the people around me and studying their gestures and expressions?

I wonder, “What’s their story and what are they searching for in life?  What makes their heart beat with happiness, with sadness, with fear, and with longing?”

Then I ask myself, “What thoughts will I post on this blog today to inspire people and to remind them that, even on the toughest days, our hearts beats for these same things?”

DON'T GIVE UP! THE BEGINNING IS ALWAYS THE HARDEST!
