Do you know Fear is one of the enemy’s favourite tools to keep us from going forward in our lives? As soon as we make a decision to step out in faith and do what God is telling us to do, immediately the enemy will bring fear. He’ll put thoughts in our minds like, “What if I fail? What will others think? Maybe I don’t have what it takes.” He’ll do his best to use fear to try to convince us to shrink back.

The Bible tells us that fear is a spirit. It affects our emotions. But when we choose to put our trust in the Lord, no matter how we are feeling, we'll be combating fear.

Today, I encourage you, do not allow fear to trap you and hold you back. Instead, take a step of faith knowing that God is on your side. He is for you and with you, leading and guiding you in the path of victory all the days of your life in Jesus' Name! Amen!!

Do you ever find yourself talking to someone and you walk away very drained? While it's never fun to be in that situation, it is a good reminder to make sure our own words do not drain others. How can we be uplifting in our words? Use encouragement, reveal your concern for the other person, or ask questions to encourage a two-sided conversation. Try this and you will find you have made a positive impact on someone's day. This positive impact will motivate them to be open to doing acts of love.

Have you ever thought about giving to others when you celebrate. Do you incorporate generosity into celebration? Isn't that a way to invite God into your celebration as well? The next time you get consumed with an event like throwing a party or Valentine's Day try to incorporate blessing those less fortunate as a way of honoring the celebration.
